Product-specific assurance
Warranty and documentation depend on the product and supply terms. Warranty is generally 6–12 months where applicable, with the controlling coverage stated in the quotation or invoice. iRef supplies parts; selection and installation remain the responsibility of the buyer and suitably qualified personnel.
