These terms apply to this B2B catalogue and to supply by iRef Supply LLP, subject to each accepted quotation or invoice.

Seller
The seller is iRef Supply LLP, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This platform is for business buyers purchasing for commercial use; it is not intended for consumer purchases.
B2B parts supply
iRef supplies industrial refrigeration spare parts and related components. We do not provide field service, installation, commissioning, maintenance, plant repair, compressor repair or refrigeration contracting.
Quotations and orders
Catalogue information is an invitation to enquire and is not a binding offer. Price, availability, lead time, freight, tax, payment and other commercial terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation or invoice. An order is accepted only when confirmed by iRef.
Payment
Payment is due as stated in the quotation or invoice. Goods may be released only after payment or other agreed terms are met. Any payment link or bank transfer instructions are issued for a specific order.
International shipping, risk and buyer information
Delivery terms, freight responsibility and the point at which risk passes are stated in the quotation or invoice. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery addresses, contact details and import information it provides, and for import clearance, duties and taxes at destination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Selection, compatibility and installation
The buyer is responsible for confirming part selection, compatibility, dimensions, clearances and suitability for the equipment and operating conditions. Catalogue fitment and drawing information supports identification only. Installation and commissioning must be performed by suitably qualified personnel. iRef is not the installer or service contractor.
Product identity and trademarks
Products are identified as Genuine or Compatible Aftermarket. Compatible Aftermarket parts are supplied by iRef and are not represented as genuine OEM products. Manufacturer names, trademarks, model numbers and part numbers belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility reference; they do not imply affiliation, authorisation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Warranty, returns and liability
Warranty is product-specific, generally 6–12 months where applicable, and is not a blanket warranty; see the Warranty page. Returns and cancellations require written authorisation and follow the accepted quotation or invoice; see the Returns page. To the extent permitted by applicable law, iRef is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, production loss or lost profit, and aggregate liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Force majeure
iRef is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural events, government action, port, carrier or supplier disruption, or conflict.
Order of precedence
If an accepted quotation, invoice or written supply agreement conflicts with these terms, that document prevails for the transaction it covers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any controlling written supply agreement.
