Product warranty
Warranty depends on the supplied product and the terms confirmed in the quotation or invoice.

Coverage period
Where applicable, product warranty is generally 6–12 months. This is not a blanket warranty: the applicable period, scope and remedy are product-specific, and the accepted quotation or invoice controls.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must confirm selection and compatibility and arrange installation by suitably qualified personnel. Equipment condition, system cleanliness, clearances, lubrication, controls and operating conditions must meet the applicable requirements. iRef supplies parts and does not install, commission, maintain or repair the equipment.
Common exclusions
Subject to applicable law, coverage may be excluded for incorrect selection or installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, contamination, abnormal or improper operating conditions, inadequate system maintenance, accident, ordinary wear, consumable items, or failure to follow applicable equipment instructions.
Making a claim
Contact sales@irefsupply.com with the invoice, part number, equipment details, installation date, operating context and photographs or test information requested for review. Do not return goods without written authorisation.
Remedy
Any inspection, repair, replacement or credit is determined under the controlling product and supply terms. Warranty does not extend to indirect or consequential losses except where applicable law requires otherwise.
